Abigail Craswell

Abigail articled with the firm and returned as an associate lawyer following her call to the bar. She represents clients facing criminal and quasi-criminal jeopardy at both the trial and appellate levels.

Abigail received her J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2025. During law school, she served on the executive of both the Criminal Law Students’ Association and the Peer Mentorship Program. She was a division leader in the Criminal and University Offences Division at the university’s Downtown Legal Services legal clinic, where she defended clients accused of criminal offences and academic misconduct.

Abigail also spent a summer as a research assistant, focusing on evidentiary issues in sexual assault cases.

Prior to law school, Abigail earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she worked and volunteered with individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges in both hospital and community settings

Abigail is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, the Advocates’ Society, and the Ontario Bar Association.
